Grassroots Campaigns is looking to hire graduating seniors to serve as Canvass Directors in one of their 31 offices around the country. You would work to recruit, train, and manage a team of full-time activists working on the country’s most important progressive issues.

This event features a screening of "Finding Jenn's Voice" a documentary on pregnancy and intimate partner homicide, through the story of Jennifer Snyder, who was murdered by her partner after she became pregnant. The filmmaker, Tracy Schott, will be in attendance to discuss the film and how pregnancy is the #1 cause of death in pregnant women in the U.S. Following the screening, a panel will address questions and discussions from the attendees. Panelists include filmmaker Tracy Schott, and Loyola professors Drs. Rae Taylor and Marcus Kondkar, and Ms. Becki Kondkar of Tulane Law.
