Awakening Retreat

Once a semester, University Ministry sponsors this retreat by students for students. The Awakening Retreat encourages students to experience the love of God through the embrace of an accepting community. It is a great way to connect with other students and explore your spirituality.

The Loyola New Orleans Young Alumni Pack invites you to get up, get fit, and get the balance you need for a healthy lifestyle at higherpower Cycle and Yoga Studio. With full-time jobs, graduate school, and everyday life, it can be hard to find that balance. Join us for an hour-long Bicycling Buddha class instructed by business owner Mark Berger.

This will be a full-body workout combining 30 minutes of indoor cycling with 30 minutes of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Wind down with refreshments after the workout as Mark shares some of his entrepreneurial experiences, including how he co-founded the city's first indoor cycling and yoga facility. Mark was recently named a Fit NOLA Healthy Hero in recognition of his many contributions to the New Orleans fitness community.
