This will be a full-body workout combining 30 minutes of indoor cycling with 30 minutes of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Wind down with refreshments after the workout as Mark shares some of his entrepreneurial experiences, including how he co-founded the city's first indoor cycling and yoga facility. Mark was recently named a Fit NOLA Healthy Hero in recognition of his many contributions to the New Orleans fitness community.
