Anxiety Group: Progressive muscle relaxation

Take time out of your busy day to truly relax for an hour! A trained counselor will lead you through calming guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation. You will also learn how to do this on your own. At the end of this session, you should feel relaxed, focused and ready to face your challenges. 

School of Music Faculty Recital

Loyola University College of Music Instructor of Horn Joshua Paulus will present a free recital at 7:30 pm in Roussel Hall on Wednesday, November 4th. The recital will feature some of the artist's favorite solo and ensemble pieces that have been transcribed or arranged for the horn.

This recital will include works by composers Gustav Mahler, Robert Schumann, Conrad Kreutzer, Johannes Brahms, J.S. Bach, and Maurice Ravel. The program will feature many guest artists from the Loyola University and Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra communities, including Yui Asano (piano), Ellen Frohnmayer (voice), Mollie Pate (horn), Dan Calloway (horn), Matt Eckenhoff (horn), Amy Kreuger (horn), Heather Zinninger Yarmel (flute), JarenAtherholt (oboe), Ben Atherholt (bassoon), and Chris Pell (clarinet).

Free and open to the public.
