A form of Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga focuses on the structural alignment of the body through the practice of asanas, or poses. The aim is to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. Yoga increases strength, balance, and flexibility, and can be done by anyone of any age or body type. This is a progressive class, in that we will add more advanced poses over time. This is a Level I-II Class that can benefit beginners as well as yoga practitioners at all levels.

TestMasters will be hosting a Free LSAT Workshop on Wednesday, February 24th from 6:30PM-8:30PM in Miller Hall, Room 112. Chick-fil-A will be served!
The workshop will be conducted by Sabrina Jacks, a veteran TestMasters instructor with over 10 years of LSAT teaching experience and an LSAT score in the 99th percentile. Attendees will be challenged with a series of difficult LSAT questions, and Sabrina will demonstrate the most effective methods for tackling them. If you are interested in law school and want to score high on the LSAT, don’t miss this great opportunity!
