Kick off the Spring season with new and fun workouts for you and your friends to do together! Learn basic partner exercises from a Loyola Personal Trainer that can be done in the gym, dorm, home, etc. Grab a friend or be partnered up with a fellow Wonder Woman in order to explore all the exciting ways of getting fit together with a group fitness workout! A form of Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga focuses on the structural alignment of the body through the practice of asanas, or poses. The aim is to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. Yoga increases strength, balance, and flexibility, and can be done by anyone of any age or body type. This is a progressive class, in that we will add more advanced poses over time. This is a Level I-II Class that can benefit beginners as well as yoga practitioners at all levels.
