Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Students will work the quarter to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.

The Kickball league begins today, with games played in the Res Quad and/or Sports Complex from 7:00pm - 10:00pm. This will be the first time Kickball is offered as a league, so get registered for your favorite recess game from the past! Games will be played 7 v 7, and to make things a little more exciting there will be "red hots"! You don't need to be athletic to have fun playing kickball!
Kickball is a MINOR LEAGUE sport, with games being played over multiple weeks including a regular season and playoffs.
Participating teams should already be registered on IMLeagues.com, and must have attended the captains meeting. Individuals still looking to join a team are encouraged to sign up as a free agent, contact captains directly (emails and phone numbers are listed on website), or show up on game days and talk with teams.
