Q-Advocates LGBT+ Inclusivity Training

Q-Advocates is an LGBT+ inclusivity training program, similar to SafeZone. Attendees of both trainings will be provided with a button and sticker to help students identify visible supporters on campus. Learn more about the LGBT+ student experience and how you can advise and support LGBT+ students at Loyola. Light refreshments provided. Students are not required to stay past 2PM.

 

*Faculty & Staff: If you would like to schedule a 3 hour single-session training for your department, please request one via email. Otherwise, individual staff members are welcome to attend the following training dates. Note that attendance at both trainings is required in order to obtain the Q-Advocates button and sticker.

The 2014 Lagniappe Peak Wolf Pack Cuvee is crafted from Malbec sourced from the Snowden Ranch, just north of Rutherford; and Syrah, hand-farmed on the estate located on Atlas Peak in Napa Valley. This wine has a pleasing, lush texture which is complimented by the polished tannins anchoring the finish.  

Wolf Pack Cuvee will be available for purchase directly from Lagniappe Peak Vineyards in November 2016. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle of Wolf Pack Cuvee will be donated to the Loyola scholarship fund.  

 

Jazz Ensemble Fall Concert

This concert features the Loyola Jazz Ensemble performing an eclectic program of music. The ensemble is featured regularly at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and the Loyola University Jazz Festival. This will be an exciting program that features the fine jazz performance of Loyola students.
