" The Journey of Spiritual Leadership"
This year's institute focuses on spiritual leadership. To be a leader in Catholic education/formation is to be a spiritual leader. Yet, God doesn't call the qualified but, instead, qualifies the called. And so, spiritual leadership is a process, a journey. We'll address questions like, How can spiritual leaders:
Cultivate spiritual leadership in themselves?
Be on the lookout for grace, even in unlikely people and places?
Foster gifts in others?
Build faith community among various stakeholders?
