The Loyola Jazz Ensemble is one of the oldest large college jazz ensembles in New Orleans. This is an award-winning ensemble. Concerts feature a wide variety of works from the large jazz ensemble repertoire. Music from Duke Ellington to most current cutting edge composers is featured. This group is featured each year at the Loyola Jazz Festival and The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. Event is free and open to the public.
