UCC Anxiety Group 1: Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction

Learn how to focus on the present rather than getting lost in anxiety about the future or regrets about the past. Find ways to attend to your emotions without magnifying problems, or getting lost in criticism and self-judgment.

Liz Rainey, Director of Retention and Student Success, will meet with students to talk about procrastination. We'll talk about why we procrastinate, what gets in the way, and strategies to organize and prioritize.

Students will engage with young alums who recovered from a difficult semester at Loyola. Students will learn that you can improve your study habits and GPA, and go onto to be a successful Loyola graduate.
