Malcolm Forbes, Ph.D., will be on campus on Thursday, September 22. His research in physical organic chemistry and photochemistry has been funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) for over 25 continuous years, and he recently completed a rotation as an NSF program officer.
At noon, he will present "How to Write a Competitive Grant Proposal to the National Science Foundation," which will provide guidance to researchers in all NSF-funded disciplines.
In addition, he will be available for one-on-one consultations with faculty seeking candid feedback on proposals being developed for the Board of Regents, the NSF, and other sponsors. If you would like to schedule a consultation or have him review grant materials, please contact Heidi Davis at prior to September 15.
