Step-n-Tone is a one hour class that covers all the components of a complete workout – cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility.  And the step makes it easy for all levels to work out together from beginner to expert.  No judging here - come out for some faith, fun and fitness with friends!

UCC Anxiety Group: Self-Care and Stress Management

Yoga (Iyengar)

A form of Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga focuses on the structural alignment of the body through the practice of asanas, or poses. The aim is to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. Yoga increases strength, balance, and flexibility, and can be done by anyone of any age or body type.  This is a progressive class, in that we will add more advanced poses over time.  This is a Level I-II Class that can benefit beginners as well as yoga practitioners at all levels.

4 v 4 Flag Football Captains Meeting

Time: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Location: The Den, University Sports Complex

The 4 v 4 Flag Football Captain's Meeting will be held in the Sports Complex at 6:30pm. A representative from each team should be in attendance, especially if you are new to the intramural program. There will be discussion about rules, expectations, forfeits/defaults, game days/times, and most importantly the schedule will be determined. If you do not have a representative, you will be responsible for acquiring this information and making sure that you are aware of your team's schedule. Teams will be dropped from a league if they do not attend the meeting, and fail to communicate with the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation.
