Residence Halls CLOSE for Spring Term, 5pm

Loyola's residence halls CLOSE for Spring occupants at 5:00pm on Friday, May 20, 2016. Graduating Seniors are eligible to remain for an additional 24 hrs with written pre-approval only. Residents failing to properly check-out by 5:00pm will incur improper check-out fees. 

Residents must pre-schedule a check-out time with their Resident Assistant. All residence halls will hold floor meetings in advance of closing to provide students information regarding closing and check-out procedures. 

Interim housing will be available to students who enroll for summer term housing (additional rate applies). 

Graduate Programs Honors Convocation & Reception, College of Social Sciences

Time: 10 am to 11:30 am

This honors convocation is for 2016 candidates for graduation from the graduate programs in the College of Social Sciences.  The convocation will immediately be followed by a reception.

Undergraduate Programs Honors Convocation & Reception, CHNS & CSS

Time: 11 am to 12:30 pm

This honors convocation is for 2016 candidates for graduation from the undergraduate programs of the College of Humanities and Natural Sciences and the College of Social Sciences.

A reception will immediately follow in the Roussel Hall Foyer.

Senior Crawfish Boil 2016

The Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association invites all graduating seniors, their families and friends to join us as we celebrate the Class of 2016 and welcome them as the newest members of the Alumni Association.

Senior Crawfish Boil

**Online registration is now closed. Walk-ins are welcome to register at the event.**

Registration:
- All graduating seniors are FREE!
There is no need to register for a graduating senior. Seniors will check-in at the event.  
- Adults & guests are $25 per person,
- Loyola students are $10 per person,
- Kids 12 & under are free.

The Senior Crawfish Boil is hosted by the Alumni Association and co-sponsored by the Office of the President, Finance & Accounting, Enrollment Management, Mission & Ministry, Marketing and Communications, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs.

Rain Plan:
In the event of rain, the Senior Crawfish Boil will be held on the first floor of the West Road Parking Garage.The first floor of the West Road Parking Garage will be closed for our event but parking is available on the upper floors (2nd-7th) of the garage and in the Freret Street Parking Garage.   
 
When you arrive, please go to the registration tables on the west side of the Peace Quad to pick up your wristband. To speed up the check in process, we will have separate registration tables for Seniors, Family/Friends, and Faculty/Staff.

University Baccalaureate Mass

Time: 4 pm to 5 pm

All 2016 candidates for graduation from the Colleges of Social Sciences; Music and Fine Arts; Business; and Humanities and Natural Sciences and their guests are invited to the 2016 Baccalaureate Mass.

Tickets are not required.
