Take time out of your busy day to truly relax for an hour! A trained counselor will lead you through calming guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation. You will also learn how to do this on your own. At the end of this session, you should feel relaxed, focused and ready to face your challenges.

Participate in the competition to create Loyola's next signature Mardi Gras t-shirt! T-shirt designs may include a front and/or back design of no more than four colors. To have your design included, please submit the design to Jourdan Webb at jewebb@loyno.edu no later than Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at noon. The file must be submitted as a PDF and .eps format.
Members of the Loyola community will be able to vote for their favorite t-shirt choice at the 3rd Friday Country Fair on October 21, 2016 or online via Loyola’s official Facebook page! The winner will receive a $100 gift certificate for the bookstore and a free t-shirt!

The Loyola University Police Department, Department of Residential Life, and Department of Student Involvement will host The National Day Out Against Crime Event on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 12:30pm-2:30pm There will be local police agencies, along with civic organizations passing out information on personal safety and crime prevention.
There will be a raffle for great prizes. All proceeds raised from food and raffle will go to Special Olympics.
