Come out for this fun event and learn about campus rec programs, as well as meet with some club sports and student athletes from our school teams. There will be free Rec'd t-shirts for the first 50 participants, along with free food from Cane's and a DJ! Not to mention, we'll have group fitness class demos, personal trainers, and intramural sports and activities happening throughout the event. Compete for prizes such as a Garmin Vivofit 2 activity tracker along with a chance to win $100 in wolfbucks! Don't miss out on your opportunity to come "Get Fit, Go Play, and Stay Involved" for the year!

UCC Anxiety Management: Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Take time out of your busy day to truly relax for an hour! A trained counselor will lead you through calming guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation. You will also learn how to do this on your own. At the end of this session, you should feel relaxed, focused and ready to face your challenges.
