Lenten Prayer Breakfast

Time: 7:30 am to 8:30 am

Contact: Eric Walsh · etwalsh@loyno.edu · x2304

Location: Audubon Room, 2nd Floor, Danna Center

"God is not indifferent to our world," Pope Francis said in his Lenten Message 2015.  “God suggests shaping our hearts to be more merciful..."

In the Year of Mercy proclaimed by Pope Francis, the University Chaplain is hosting our first Prayer Breakfast on Monday, February 15, the first Monday morning of Lent.

On behalf of the Office of University Chaplain, we would like to invite you to attend this Lenten Prayer Breakfast, which will be held at 7:30am to 8:30am in the Audubon Room of the Danna Center.

The buffet breakfast will feature a Lenten homily by Ansel Augustine, the Director of the Office of Black Catholic Ministries and Loyola New Orleans alumnus.  It will be a joyful and prayerful way to begin the Lenten season.

If you are able to attend, we ask if you could RSVP by email to univchap@loyno.edu or by calling Eric Walsh at (504) 865-2304.  There is no cost to our breakfast participants.
