This course develops the fundamental lawyering skills needed for handling pretrial motions effectively in civil practice. The majority of an attorney's work is dedicated to motion practice. Begin developing the skill and art of motion practice while in law school. Students are expected to come to class ready to work in teams and argue a motion. Each student performance will be critiqued by the skills instructor.

Note: Per instructor's request, students who arrive late will not be allowed entry.
