Panel members will also discuss current social issues and their impact on America's armed forces. While the speakers address government policies, they do not necessarily support the government’s position, and are free to offer their personal opinions.
The Eisenhower Series College Program was established in 1969 as an Army War College academic outreach program. It encourages dialogue on national security and other public policy issues between students of the Army's senior educational institution and the public at colleges and universities throughout the United States
The program consists of a team of Army War College students and a faculty moderator. Students are selected for their experience, education, speaking ability and interest in national security issues. Team members participate in constructive, candid exchanges on current national security and military issues.
