SKL-013117: Energy Law and Natural Resource Regulation

(Tuesday/Thursday, January 31st & Febraury 2nd, 2017) (12:30-2:00pm) (LS 111)

This two part course offers two unique perspectives.  The first day, the head of the Louisiana Oil and Trade Association will speak to students about how the state regulates the industry and how attorneys play an important role in all aspects of the oil and gas industry.  The second day, two attorneys from Stone Pigman will present on how energy is regulated in Louisiana and how such regulations impact their clients.  This class offers an incredible opportunity to meet and network with practitioners who are a part of the Energy bar association.
