Women on Weights: Spring Break Partner Workout

Kick off the Spring season with new and fun workouts for you and your friends to do together! Learn basic partner exercises from a Loyola Personal Trainer that can be done in the gym, dorm, home, etc. Grab a friend or be partnered up with a fellow Wonder Woman in order to explore all the exciting ways of getting fit together with a group fitness workout! All Wonder Women are invited (i.e. Faculty/Staff/USC Members).
