Mr. Scott Snyder, Senior Fellow for Korean Studies and Director of the Program on US-Korea Policy in the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). He is an expert on International Relations of East Asia, mainly the US, China and the Korean Peninsular. The lecture is titled, "South Korean Strategic Choice Between the US and China" which touches upon the topic of current global and regional power struggle of the US and China and the strategic dilemma, as well as an opportunity, in which South Korea is embedded between the two superpowers.
