Presentation by Dr. Gil Lerma, Counselor, University Counseling Center.

Through the duration of their legal education, the rates of law students grappling with substance abuse and mental health problems increase dramatically. If unrecognized and untreated, these issues can carry into their professional careers. Dr. Lerma will identify signs and risk factors for mental health and substance abuse, and suggest ways that these health concerns can be addressed and well-being can be achieved by law students.
