Loyola College of Law-Institute for Continuing Legal Education, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Labor, presents a program related to worker’s compensation issues, the Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Act, and Longshore/DBA claims. The format consists of both individual speakers who provide information on specific issues and then solicit questions from the audience and panels, who introduce various topics and issues, followed by a free discussion between the panel and audience. Last year’s program was accredited for 4.5 MCLE credit hours by the State Bar of Texas.
