Women on Weights: Dumbbell & Body Weight Training 101

Take it to the next level and become familiar with free weight training basics for completing a simple dumbbell workout routine. Learn the various forms and postures needed to properly perform effective dumbbell exercises. Participants are given a workout sheet with a list of upper and lower body exercises one may complete. Receive the help of a certified Loyola personal trainer assist you in gaining the knowledge and confidence you need to do the workout later on your own! Classes are free and open to students, faculty/staff, and University Sports Complex members. Guests are welcome to attend the class for $5 guest fee for entrance to the Sports Complex.
