“How to Deal with a Biased Judge” is an hour-long CLE which delves into dealing with judges. Hone your trial practice skills by discussing and learning Attendees will learn and discuss strategies for dealing with biased judges.
In “The Lowdown on the High Seas-General Overview of Maritime Law” you will spend two hours learning about various about various maritime law issues, including personal injury defense, insurance coverage disputes, asbestos litigation, and maritime-specific arbitration and mediation. Also, gain knowledge on various maritime acts, such as the Longshore & Harbor Workman’s Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, the Jones Act, and the War Hazards Compensation Act.
