"For Neda" Film Screening

Students, faculty and staff will not only get the chance to see "For Neda," the HBO documentary detailing the struggle in Iran through the life and untimely death of Neda Agha-Soltan, they will hear straight from the film’s co-producer. Iranian journalist Saeed Kamali Dehghan will be on hand for a screening of the documentary and a question-and-answer session, sharing his experiences of secretly filming inside Iran—risking his life. The event is sponsored by Loyola University New Orleans Film Buffs Institute.
