A Loyola University New Orleans panel sponsored by the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies will discuss the recent political changes in Bolivia and Mexico, and how those changes are spreading throughout Latin America. 

Panelists include:

- Bruno Bosteels, Cornell University professor and author of "Badiou and Politics, Marx and Freud in Latin America;"

- Oscar Vega Camacho, researcher of the Center for Constitutional Studies at the Universidad Catolica Boliviana San Pablo;

- Farit Rohas Tudela, law professor at the Universidad Catolica Boliviana and Universidad Nacional de Colombia; and 

- Paola Daniela de la Rocha Rada, researcher at the Center for Constitutional Studies at the Universidad Catolica Boliviana San Pablo.
