Film Buffs Presents "LA to NOLA: An Evening with Laura Cayouette"

Local actress Laura Cayouette of the Academy Award winning film Django Unchained joins the Loyola Film Buffs Institute for a special Q&A followed by a screening of the Quentin
Tarantino presentation: Hell Ride on Thursday, March 14th at 6:30pm at Loyola University.

Cayouette who plays Leonardo DiCaprio's sister, Lara Lee Candie-Fitzwilly, in Django Unchained will discuss her recent role, how fellow actors can make the most out of their career, the New Orleans film industry as a whole and her new book Know Small Parts: An Actor's Guide to Turning Minutes into Moments & Moments into a Career.

Know Small Parts, which contains a foreword written by Academy Award-Winner Richard Dreyfuss and praise by Hollywood insiders, is a how-to guide offering insight into everyday situations actors will face.

 Following the Q&A there will be a screening of the Quentin Tarantino presentation: Hell Ride, a biker movie starring Dennis Hopper, Michael Madsen and David Carradine which Cayouette produced and starred in.
