Progressive Property 2013 is a workshop conference of professors from the United States, Canada, Great Britain and South Africa that meets annually to present and discuss papers concerning property law development in the United States and abroad.  Previous Progressive Property workshops have been hosted by Cornell Law School, McGill Law School and Harvard Law School.  This year law professors from Harvard, Temple, Boston Univ., Univ. of Chicago, USC, Univ. of California – Berkeley, Cornell, Northeastern, Illinois, Seton Hall, Univ. of Chicago, Duke, UNC, McGill, Simon Fraser Univ., Capetown, Stellenbosch, and Loyola Univ. New Orleans will be participating in the workshop.  The workshop will take place this year at Loyola on May 10 - 11, 2013.
